I was trying to buy a car seat. I had been there before and basically knew what I wanted. I wanted to pick a recently manufactured seat, as some were 2102 manufactured date and some were 2013 manufactured date, the model had been discontinued. They get really irritated when you shop for car seats by expiry date. The first woman I was speaking with passed me on to the owner, an older guy. I was talking with him teling him we use car seats right up to the expiry as it will be used with more than one child so yes we will use it for 7 years right up to expiry if possible. I wanted the most recently manufactured option possible. He didn't want to listen, just kept telling me how experienced he was and that expiry dates don't matter anyhow as they are going to change it to purchase date.

I was about to buy one anyhow and I noticed that the seat that I had chosen was $20 more than the last time I was there a few weeks ago. I asked why it went up. He told me that he raised the price so that he would not run out of stock as the new models wouldn't show up until the next month. I asked for the previous sale price as it is a discontinued model and he said no. So I said thanks, but no and started to leave. He went postal, started telling me he hates customers like me, it insults his experience, and stormed away swearing and throwing f-bombs all over the place. Wow.

Guess he doesn't have to worry about customers like me, or running out of stock, I'm not spending another cent there ever.

There are better options in Calgary than this horrible store. It is run by a self-important, ridiculously argumentative manager/owner who transforms from a kindly well spoken salesperson to a dismissive supercilious adolescent after purchase. I recommend against giving this store any business.

We bought a 400 dollar, 3 in 1 car seat from this location. The man that sold it to us(the owner) was very helpful at the time that we bought it telling us tricks on how to install it and telling us that once we had it installed to come by at any time and he would personally come out and make sure that we had done it properly. A week after we purchased it we went back to have him look at it. Immediately he became rude and arrogant telling us that we had installed it wrong and had obviously not read the instructions which was not true! He then contradicted everything that he had originally told us about how to install it claiming that he didn't say these things and that we should have read the instructions. But when we asked him to show us what we had done wrong and how to fix it he just told us to read the manual and that he didn't have time. We asked him when he would have time so we could come back and he just said "I don't know". He basically called my mother and I stupid without actually using the word. I left in tears feeling helpless and insulted that he didn't live up to the big talking that he used to sell us this expensive piece of equipment. I don't understand how someone could be so rude to anyone! Especially when it comes to the safety of a child, and after preaching about how important it was that our child was kept safe in a properly installed car seat. I will never be shopping there again!!

I have never been talked to so rudely and lied to by a sales person before in my life. I bought a stroller from Kacz Kids. Since it was for someone else I left it with them so I could confirm with the persone it was for. I needed to return it since she already had one. I called the store and was told that since it was over 10 days they wouldn't give me my money back. I understand it was over the 10 days, but you would think that since I hadn't even picked up the item an exception could be made They know the item hasn't been touched and could be resold without any issues. Everytime I tried to talk to the manager he would interrupt me and any question I asked he would start talking about something compelely different. I had to point out to him 3 times that I would like him to let me finish a sentence and have him answer a question directly. I asked his name and he told me it was Kacz and I later found out it was Wally.
