Independent Canadian Home Inspectors of B.C.

The Provincial Government has approved the ASTTBC Act which qualifies the certification (Certified Property Inspector (CPI) standards. ASTTBC certifies technologists and technicians, and various other professionals. ASTTBC certification is independent of any of the various inspection associations and provides an unbiased opinion for qualifications and competency of professional inspectors.
