For years now almost every staff member that works at the daycare quits or gets fired before 3 month probation, unless its their daughters. You will start to notice why once you are enrolled.

We are a family with many years experience with Early Adventures Daycare in Etobicoke. Our two kids attended for 7 plus years each, our total time there is over 8 years and we only have positive experiences. Our kids each began at early ages, preschoolers until grade 5 and we have watched them grow and learn and become caring, compassionate individuals that respect others and themselves, and I can honestly say that Early Adventures is largely responsible for this. The saying "it takes a village to raise a child" is so true, and in this case, our village includes Early Adventures. Everyone there responsible for the well being and care taking of the children is warm, compassionate, caring, and always puts the needs of the kids first. We have always trusted that our kids were in the best possible care, each and every day. Incidents, accidents, injuries, bumps, bruises, cuts, fights with other kids, etc. have always been brought to our attention no matter how minor, even before the kids could tell us all about it themselves. They have enjoyed the friendships they have made with other kids there and I know some of these kids will be life long friends. Individuals, both kids and adults, are respected and valued and the kids know they are in a safe place. If it was not for the confidence that we have in Early Adventures and our kids being there day-in and day-out, we could not go out to do our daily employment and know our kids are in the next best place to home. When our kids ask to go to daycare early or to be picked up late we know they are happy to be there and we know we made the best decision to take our kids there. We are forever grateful for all they do for our kids each and every day.

Horrible place for children. It’s nice that it is located in the school and has a lot of space but staff including supervisors are very unprofessional. They are disrespectful and lack communication skills. Definitely not a place for concerned parents. They will not appreciate if you mention any concerns. They will try to cover up their mistakes and will not report to you injuries, accidents and negligence they are responsible for. More concerns you will bring to them, more they will hate you. If you are sending your children there please ask them regarding their day. I am sure that no parents have gotten any report from them unless they themselves ask. It is pathetic that we have to pay so much money for such poor customer service. Definitely will not recommend. Don’t be deceived. In the beginning everything will seem okay and then after one month when you will bring your first concern, you will see the change. They asked my child to hold his urine until the nap time was over in three different occasions (They feed them with 2 glasses of fluids just before nap). He got multiple cuts and bruises (I know they were minor) which were not reported. He was not given his blanket and pillow during nap time even though I have provided it. They will only provide one band aid and if that comes off then even if the child ask they will not give. My child asked for help with change of clothes, they will tell him to do it yourself. He did it all wrong including the shoes; they left him like that for the whole day until I picked him up. When asked daycare blamed me for not teaching my child how to dress up. He is 4 yrs old and the whole day is spent at daycare so I don’t think that they should act like this. Unbelievable customer service. There are many complaints sent to Ministry including mine. Hopefully they will get their act together. You can call and ask the Ministry regarding the complaints. Good luck.
