Based in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Nostos Restorations Ltd is an custom builder specializing in custom home construction and renovations. Established in 2008, we started as a small exterior finishing trade contractor handling mostly renovations. Our experience taught us the importance of the big picture--not only do you need great trades people, you also need great team building and communications management. Renovating older homes is also a great way to learn what works and what doesn't--new materials and new theories are constantly coming and going, but until you take several hundred old houses apart, you don't get the opportunity to connect the theory back to reality. Today, we are a boutique custom builder uniquely suited to developing true custom builds--where we discuss every detail up front, make decisions alongside our clients, and then execute the decisions exactly as chosen. Many families will only build one or maybe two new homes--our job is to ensure that you have all the experience and knowledge at your fingertips the first time.
