Got my one year old boat in for battery maintenance, winterizing and storage in 2019, took it back in 2020 only to find again dead battery, missing drain plug (which almost caused boat to sink, I was so lucky to be still alive), missing trailer lock, boat still being dirty although I paid $600 for detailing.
Went back to the shop, owner Rob wasn't even apologizing the slightest:
Missing trailer lock -- "There are 300 boats here we won't be able to find what's missing. “
Missing drain plug – “It's your responsibility to check drain plug. “
Dirty after detailing – “you put it in the water already, who knows. You should APPRECIATE OUR SERVICE."
Best part is that I got charged again $100 for ANOTHER BATTERY and NEW DRAIN PLUG, after I showed proof that I’d only paid them for new battery a year ago, Rob got really mad and started to curse at me, then he went straight to my boat tried to rip the battery off without my permission, I was only able to stop him by starting to record a video. But then I was told to pay another $167 (now $267.77 in total) otherwise I cannot leave the shop, because I didn't APPRECIATE HIS SERVICE.
They also left another poor customer’s cushion in my boat.
Think twice before going there.

We have bought our first boat Stingray 198LX from there , the sales staff were were friendly and walked out throw out our first purchase which was a big move for us. They gave us a safety package , took us on the lake to show us how to use and operate the boat. We had a warranty problem we called the service manager Rob sent a tech next day to fix it for us at no cost. Highly recommended.

I have called and emailed this place several times and did not get a single response back. I wanted to sell my boat, it's worth 50,000 and they do not return any calls at all. They winterized it and replaced speakers that were bad and left my radio on and it drained the battery so bad that it is toast. I wanted to remove it before the shrink wrap was done and told not to. I found the radio on when I opened it up this spring. I called again and had told them the problem and I do not ever hear from them. I live far from the store and they know it so they don't bother to call me. I can't go in the store all the time for this. As a business man I respond to all my customers requests and calls. I wish they would.

When buying a boat over a dozen years old, you pretty much roll the dice. There were lots of things to consider and many repairs to be done, which they agreed to do at no further cost (plus winter storage). I returned a couple weeks later to what appeared to be a completely different boat. It looked used, but nowhere near it's age. The staff kept me up to date on the progress of the boat, answered all of my inquiries in a timely manner and assured me that the boat what is the best possible condition mechanically. I finally had a chance to take it out with them last week and was pleasantly surprised with the performance and condition of the boat. Overall; I found this company to be honest and hard working. They did their utmost to ensure buyer confidence - would do business again.

Been dealing with Rob since 2008 and he is excellent to deal with, very fair when there is a problem. After all, when there are issues, that's when you really appreciate a dealer who will treat you fairly. I would buy from them again.

I have purchased a stingray 198LX from them at a great price, the staff took care of me like they were buying the boat for them self, I had a small leak with my power steering they have sent a mechanic 200km away from the shop at no cost. So please guys if you woke up in the wrong side of the bed do not say that they over charge or do not ant your business, there is a reason why those guys over 35 years in the business . Great people to do business with.

I live 140 k's from Leisure Marine so I negotiated a price over the phone. Started at $12900 agreed to sell it to me at $12200.00. Then I see the same boat at Leisure Marine on Kijiji at $11900.00 They re-adjust the bill but charge me full asking price plus and they threw in some stuff like life jackets bumpers etc.
The salesman said on the phone the price at $12900.00 included canvas tops that was why he got confused.
I said fine I'll take the boat at $12200.00 with the tops. The manager said no he wanted $13000.00 as the tops were never included. They were not truthful to me.
The salesman lied about the tops in the deal in order to try and explain why he tried to get $12200.00 for a boat advertised at $11900.00. Very bad experience for me.

I bought a $30,000.00 boat about a month ago and took it back for some minor electrical problems. Upon receiving the $250+ bill i started to question the emplyee for the reason for these charges as I was assuming this was covered under warranty... The emplyee became extremely agitated and confrontational and started swearing at me and being excessively rude! I was told I was being difficult and this was the reason for my illtreatment! all I wanted to know was what the charges were for... After the emplyee asked ME "who the F do you think you are?" he actually had the nerve to tell me that I was embarrasing HIM! Even the other emplyee that was winess just shrugged his shoulders and brushed me off as if I was a nobody that walked in to there store! As a business owner myself, I have never treated a customer with such disregard and not to mention rude manner, let alone swearing at them! You would think spending $30,000.00 in a place of business would be run by professionals... At least now I know!
