I went to the office four times in an attempt to get a contact lens prescription. The first time was my eye examination and the other three were for fittings. For those three fitting visits, I left each time with a new trial pair because I was still unable to see. I called a few weeks later to explain that I was moving and would no longer be able to wait and that I would like a refund because I was walking away without a prescription. Kimberly and the other individual (male) were very kind when I came in for my fifth time and wanted to help me but their hands were tied as Dr. Harris was the only one who would be able to provide me with a refund. Dr. Harris asked me to come to sit for another examination and I explained to her that I would like a refund because I would be unable to come back for another fitting or examination to see if the contacts were the correct prescription. She told me I could not get a refund because services were provided. I explained to her that I was walking away without a prescription and she offered me an eyeglass prescription. I declined because I was unable to see from the prescriptions she had written for me and I had received four examinations at this point. She stated that it was my fault I would not have a prescription because I refused to come back in. She also told me that it was my fault because I was not compliant and did not return this 5th time with my contacts in my eyes. She refused my refund and left me with an eyeglass prescription that contained the date of my initial appointment on it. My initial appointment was on 05/01/2021 and the fifth and final visit where I explained to her that I could wait no longer was on 07/08/2021. I have been to this physician previously in 2016 and did not have any issues.
