Multispeciality Walk-In Clinic

Over 1 hour answering questions via SMS and waiting to be attended. Then received message: Dear patient, at the current time, our physicians are providing telemedicine services only. We are unable to accommodate you to come into the building. If you are on the property, please go home and wait for a phone call. Alternatively, if it is an emergency, you can go to the nearest emergency department. So we went home as we had been waiting in the parking lot of the clinic. Then I received a call about 30 minutes later, that a doctor would probably call back in another hour. I asked the person why it took over an hour of waiting for a response and she said it's an administrative problem. What??? And I said no one could bother to inform us earlier. And she said no, have a good one and hung up. To top it off no doctor called. If you want that kind of attention, feel free to go to this useless clinic...

Probably one of the worst walk-in clinics I have been to and that is saying something. The building is not organized at all, staff does not know how to direct or help anyone with anything. I was there for an interview and the guy was eating and answering his cell phone during it. I don’t even think you could call that an interview as he was just firing off random questions. I was so appalled at the lack of professionalism. I waited over an hour to hear a guy drone on about how they’re the best clinic in Ontario and have a good reputation, which I find extremely hard to believe. Don’t bother wasting your time struggling for a minimum wage job here. Wish I could take back the actual complete waste of time I spent here. They also couldn’t even conduct virtual interviews in a time like this. SMFH.

I waited 3 weeks to see a neuro specialist at this clinic with appointment. I came 15 minuets before appointment at 11:30 i left the clinic 2:00 PM and did not finish.
first because of the papers with patients names are not numbered there was a fight between paitents who is next, specialist threatening of leaving the clinic and paitents have to tell her who is next. I was the last to see her. My ultrasound report was not given to her so i had to go to ultrasound dept then to front desk to get the report. They send me to another office for the report. Every time i have to take turn.
Finally i went back to specialist with report to refer me to orthopedics. So back again to front desk which asked me for written referral from dr. To tell them that the referral was verbal. They send me to another office to take turn again then told to wait to be called. The lady came with my papers to but them in the slot of the dr door. But wait this dr i know he is for baby's his door was two doors away from the Neurologist i have seen. By asking the lady she said this is the dr written as referral. I blow up and told her the referral for orthopedics not pediatric.
i took my report and left the SO CALLED CLINIC BEST RATED NUMBER ONE at 2 pm to deal with real doctors and clinic.
The specialist i have seen No Way she is updated with this world's medicine.
This is what happened with me. Today Nov 13, 2017 from 11:30 till 2:00 pm

If you ever call this clinic for any information expect the following;

1) Phone will always be busy, at one time we had made an attempt for two hours before we got through.
2) When you do get through and ask for any information you will be put on hold for 15-25 minutes.
3) The staff answering the phone lack professionalism, they are young and lack the experience/training in dealing with patients.
4) The clinic is not kept clean, maintenance is lacking, the building is in serious disrepair.
