Capital Manor

Capital Manor is the only true not-for-profit Life Plan Community within 30 miles of Salem, Oregon. We have almost 50 years of senior living experience in Salem. Being non-profit assists residents by improving programming, amenities, and the campus itself. Our continuing care program offers Independent Living as well as access to on-site Residential Care and Memory Care. A volunteer community board of directors makes decisions based on local needs. An advisory group represents residents' wishes to the board. We're professionally managed by Life Care Services®. Life Care Services provides best practices from communities nationwide and over 40 years of industry knowledge.
