I am in the service industry myself and know the importance of treating people the right way. Ed and Lorne took the time to read into my listening habits and recommened the proper equipment and also allowed me to take it home to try before I absolutely committed to the purchase. Again, "top notch service coupled with "top end equipment" You'll never have to go anywhere else to sample the best audio gear in the GTA.

The best stereo store I have been to in Toronto. Most of my system was bought at Executive Stereo. Ed (the owner) let me take home Cardas speaker cables and interconnect to demo the first time I went there and his excellent customer service has kept me going back ever since. I must have gone there a dozen times to listen to speakers, amplifiers, turntables before making my decisions. Ed set up speakers with different systems and helped me match my components. He even provided advice on getting the best out of my turntable, which I bought from a different store. A truly great experience and wonderful store.

I needed a new grado gold replacement stylus for my turntable. These guys carry all the high end brands. I biked down there on my lunch break and Ed (the owner) was very helpful. He cleaned up the terminals on my old cartridge and demo'd one of the new cambridge integrated amps for me. Great customer service, cant wait to get home tonight and try out my new stylus.
