Kids Choice At Castledowns

This facility is deplorable! I cannot even believe they are still in business. On their main review site, they won't even participate in the "review program" so other concerned parents can see how awful they really are. They block all the bad reviews. Absolute cowards!
My child was at this facility for a short time. That is all I needed to realize he was better off at home with me. Safer too. The staff neglect the children to the point that really... It's abuse. My son would regularly come home with scratches, bruises, black eyes and bite marks. All somehow justifiable and my fault. The director has issues all her own, as she is way too incompetent to run a daycare, have human interaction, or keep what decent staff she did have. There is something wrong with these people when all that's required of them is to come to work and take care and teach these children, yet none of these people can be accountable for their actions as they are incompetent themselves.
I took my experience to licensing and had them reported as well as the disgusting "cleanliness" issues that this place had. I would NEVER recommend this place. In fact, you're better off dropping them off at the "Mac's" store out front and letting the patrons care for your child. They are probably more capable and educated to care for little ones than the staff at "kids choice" are.
I would only suggest you choose this daycare, if you have incredibly low standards. Then this place is perfect for you. Expect nothing. Receive nothing.
