Major Pool construction and full landscaping project:
Wrong concrete pebble liner colour; Poor return line design; Poor equipment selection advice; Poor pool deck levelling; did not provide adequate and legal code required ventilation for pool heater; poor front yard landscaping which allowes water to drain back into the garage; poor selection of very expensive flagstone which immediately started to crack in multiple places after installation.
And the best: Refused to service my pool equipment which was bought and fully paid for from Gib San.
There are no excuses for shoddy workmanship, a know- it -all attitude and unprofessional after sales service.

I am extremely happy I no longer using Gib-San as my service provider! The office staff are rude and have no insight. Every time I had a serious problem with my pool the service manager Jason said he will call me back but did not get back to me in weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am very impressed with the service recieved at Gib-San this summer. The young summer staff are very helpful and enthusiastic. I would strongly recommend going to Gib-San for pool and hot tub needs. The chemicals are some what pricey however THEY WORK!

You can see if a company is professional or not. since our first contact with the salesman I realized this is the company that will build my pool. They did everything right on schedule and the price was not astronomic...thank you guys!

Great new store! First time in this season so happy to see the Gib.San crew. Was welcomed with a big smile and a friendly hello by Caley who then proceeded to do my water test. Was very professional in her test and follow up, offering me sound advice.

We recently visited Gibsan Pools to have our water tested. Molly was amazing at teaching us what to do to get the pool up and running. Gibsan has excellent customer service!

I recently bought a Jacuzzi hot tub from Gib-San and it was now time to do my first drain and re-fill.

I went to their new store to get both instructions and the chemicals and once again it was a most pleasant experience. Jeff Crow, the store manager, walked me through the procedures, assembled the chemicals first me and I was off to the races.

Everything went smoothly and I now have crystal clear water.

Thanks once again to Jeff for taking the time to explain everything to me.

The new store on Kipling is well laid out and makes for a most pleasant shopping experience.

I have had the Jacuzzi hot tub for a few months now and I continue to highly recommend Gib-San.
