Best UPS Store! Bobbie is the Manager and she is terrific. I will send all my packages through this store. I had an issue with a lost package and Bobbie was diligent in obtaining a refund for me. I can’t say enough about the wonderful service she provides at this store!
I want everyone to know how pleased I am with Miss Bobbie at store 6388 in Frisco,TX. I had a box that got mis-routed and Bobbie came to my rescue. She is deligent, very professional and extremely helpful in my situation. She told me when it came back to her store she would let me know and she followed through. She even called me to tell me it was delivered at my front door. I appreciate Ms Bobbie for her deligence and for
