Trinity Health Neighborhood Primary Care - Ypsilanti welcomes all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Same-day appointments are often available for children and adults. We offer a variety of services to meet all of your primary care needs including: • Preventive care, including well-child exams and physicals. • Women’s health care, including PAP smears. • Routine immunizations. • Sports and school physicals. • Office-based procedures including wart treatments, skin biopsy, lesion removal and joint injections. • In-office testing including rapid strep test, urinalysis, EKG and diabetic testing, and on-site phlebotomy.
