Really terrible experience. Once we started unpacking I realized the box that contained my wedding dress and all my jewelry was missing. I had foolishly labelled the outside of that box 'jewelry', not thinking that would make it a target for potential theft. I filed a complaint and made it clear I don't want money for my loss, I really just want that box to be returned to me. Nothing was extremely valuable, but it is irreplaceable and sentimental. It contained jewelry that were wedding gifts from my husband, heirloom pieces from deceased relatives, and items I've had since I was a baby. Not to mention my wedding dress. Four months later, they offer me $72 for their mistake, with no indication that they have put in any effort to actually locate the box. I've tried calling a few times, but they put me on hold, then hang up.

They also increased the quoted price by about $1000 once they came to pick up my stuff. So I feel like I overpaid, then got stolen from.

I am a doctor and I remain busy at the hospital most of the time. Suddenly I was transferred to a new hospital located in the other state. I thought it will be a challenging work for me to move all the things there. Then I came to know about this moving company Great van lines. It was them who did the whole work by themselves. Thanks a lot to these guys for making my work done very well. I didn’t need to give any extra effort to move to the new house.

My family’s relocation was somewhat complicated because we had to pick furniture and other household goods from two different places- one being our old house and a storage unit- before moving to one family house. I just have to thank Great van lines as they were superb in every way. Everything about this company was top notch. They were true professionals. Not one thing of mine broke or got damaged on the way. The crew was so friendly and extremely professional at the same time. I will definitely recommend them.

Finally I had a good experience with a mover! All my life I always faced problems with movers and this is the first time it went surprisingly well. Honestly, I assumed the worst. I thought something will screw up, but guess what? Nothing did! They came on time, packed on time and delivered on time. There were no damages, no scratches or dents and nothing was missing. And to beat that, there were no hidden fess. I can say that I have the best mover in this era.

Great van lines to the rescue! My landlord was giving me problems and made me leave my lovely home. I was worried whom to call and that is when my friend recommended this mover to me. From that point on, they took care of everything. They did the packing very nicely. Protected every item and returned it to me the way it was. They delivered on time and did not charge me a fortune. Great team and great company.
