We recently had Greenland do some landscaping in our backyard. The installed some artificial grass in one area and refurbished another area. The final result was great. The crew was very professional and their attention to detail was amazing. They started when they said they would and finished on time. After the job was completed everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

very unhappy with the work they did.... caught the workers putting fresh sod down without any topsoil let alone raking or preparing the ground for sod.
They thought I was at work - but I was home and when I saw what they were doing I questioned them. After a long chat - they went back to their office to get top soil and do the job right.
They still did a shady job - and I don't know how long my sod will last. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

the job was very small and the client had a small budget. She expected more work for what she was willing to pay. She was advised that the rear yard should have been regraded and soil added. As a tenant of the property, she chose simply to lay new sod over the damages created by her dog.

This review was written by a unversity student who hired greenland to repair a yard damaged by her dogs while renting a house in London.
She asked for a quote to simply lay sod over the 400 sq. feet of lawn/dirt. She could not afford to have top soil brought in to do the job properly as i recommended. The work was started exactly as requested.
Once she saw that the sod would not take as she directed, she decided to add the top soil and do it right. The customer ended up paying to do the job properly as i had first recommended. There was no deception on behalf of greenland. The client was simply trying to do the job as cheap as possible.
Not sure why she tried to blame Greenland when it was her decision all along and she was an informed consumer.
We stand behind our work. The client paid in full for the extra top soil and the sod work. $600

This ccompany has very inexperienced service techs. I have had them out twice and still havent fixed the problem.I have to call them to reschedule or I probably would never get a call from them.
we service over 2000 clients in the London area.
we contact all our clients in the spring and in the fall for maintenance. if there any any problems that arise during the course of the season it is the clients responsibility to inform us and schedule a service call. if our service technician does not perform his duties properly, please call our office to let us know immediately so that we may correct the deficiency at no added cost to the homeowner.

Greenland services over 2000 sprinkler systems in the London area. Close to 40 service calls per day in peak season. We train all of our staff on all service components for irrigation maintenance. Not all tech's are created equal. If a service tech. makes a mistake or is unable to fulfill his obligations to the client, we make every effort to correct the deficiency. If you are unhappy with our work please call our office to let us know. We will make it right at no charge to you. Service is a tough business and we stand behind all of our service technicians.
