I am having an extremely difficult time in getting VWD to fix 2 new Bay Windows in which were not made correctly. The Service Rep, Bob Hastings , has failed to contact me to rectify this problem. I've escalated within VWD but no success.
The attached photo shows the window they shipped to me which is a BOW (15 degree angle) versus what I order was a BAY Window ( 30 degree angle). The window had to be installed as best could be to fill the hole in the front of my house.
My only option now is to contact the executive management, Better Business Bureau and Consumer Alert Groups.
I would welcome any help as to who I should go to get this problem fixed.
