Parkview Cemetery & Crematory, Waterloo Reviews (1)
My family chose Parkview when a close member of my family died, and let me just say, this is a perfect place to cremate or bury your loved ones, or maybe somebody you did not necessarily love, but you still attended their burial, and want to do something positive like write a positive N49 review about it.
The ground is not sloping or soggy, and there are no signs of vandalism. The landscaping is exceptional, and I can personally attest that the grass is kept neat enough to make an accurate putt, should you happen to bring your putter and a golf ball. There are no crappy headstones bringing down the whole cemetery. Like, you know, sometimes you go to a cemetery and there are those nice headstones or memorials, and then some poor people put a crappy little slab down. I mean, come on, a slab? Really? There's a dead guy under the ground there, and you're just gonna put a slab of stone down? Why don't you just desecrate the body while you're at it!
I did not visit the cremation facilities, but I would suspect they are adequate, and that the oven cooks at a sufficient temperature to reduce the human body to a pile of ashes small enough to fit into an urn.
Also, unlike in my homeland, there are no visible mass graves. AAA+++ cemetery.
