I have several complaints that are legitimate about this place.
#1. Unless you're throwing money down at them, you don't seem to be respected
#2. If you have a simple question that should easily be addressed, DON'T EVER counts on them to provide you with an answer. If they say that they will call or email you - trust me, they won't! ie.... One time, I went in to see about locating my Grandparent's grave (died in 67), and the guy wouldn't give me the time of day. The next time I went back I spent 20 minutes with the lady at the front, and spelled the entire given names, along with dates and history, and she just sat there and did nothing. Finally, she said that she would email or call me within the next day or two, and it was 6 months later I still didn't get a call. The other day ( March 1st.2021), I went in to asked the manager what the procedure was to have the remains of my Mother's urn transferred into that of another urn that we found more suitable - 24 years later. The lady did nothing but put on a gong show! First, she's trying to decern if I put my mother in a cardboard container. Then she wants to know where I got the Urn from? Then she wants to give me some roundabout explanation as to what it's all about. She's supposed to be the Manager - joke! Then she gives me the old, I'll email you this afternoon or call you. I have to find out more information. 5 days later, I still haven't heard a single word.
#3. The grounds themselves are cluttered with all kinds of memorabilia and so forth that have just been allowed to gather and clutter the areas
#4. When I have put flowers in the urn, they are quickly removed each day! Even if it is a plastic artificial rose! Gone. One time I even glued it in, and it was gone a day later!
#5. The front desk staff in my opinion are very snooty and not the nicest people. As soon as you walk in there you're given a marching order to fill out a covid sheet, even if you are walking straight out again. There's no friendly "Hello" or "How are You?" or Good afternoon, how may I be of assistance to you?" Nope,...I found them to be nothing short of rude!
#6 The grounds in my opinion are not very well kept up. Poor signage and poor district location directions as well.
I was scheduled to be put to rest there in their cemetery, but am I ever glad that I made other plans. That place is getting worse all the time!

I recently had a service for my father and everthing went very well. It wasn't until after we paid that the problems occurred. The death certificate was incorrect and we had to request new copies be made. Also, no one responds to email and it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to address these issues.
