CenturyLink Solution Center

We purchased our house in Seminole and were greeted by only one Internet provider, other than Satellite, so we went with CenturyLink. They hooked up the dual DSL line and we had 20 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up per line we were rocking and saw no lag in our data stream. It only took about a month for one of the DSL lines to fail and we have been stuck with half of what we are paying for since then. CenturyLink Customer Support cannot help, as when they ping the router they see a connection (DSL2 line) while there is actually only half of what was promised. They say that there is a connection and that it's on my end with my phone lines. I am very unhappy with how I have been treated by customer service and will jump providers as soon as another, reasonable, one is available. I want to emphasize that when the service was up and both DSL lines were going, it was great. That has just been so long ago I have forgotten what "lag-free" internet was like.

I had just had Century link installed yesterday - it was the most professional and the easiest appointment with an Internet provider that I have ever had. My internet was up and running with tons of bandwidth in under 15min. I am very happy. Sanders was so knowledgable and professional!
