9 am, on time, karl looked for the phone line, i was still asleep, my wife snoring, the Century link technician was as quiet and considerate as anyone can be, and within 15 mins he was done activating my line and explaining to me what i needed to know and so forth... no hassle no paperwork and i was back to sleeping. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks karl.
