Pioneer Family Brands, Inc. began using Swan ice shavers in the spring of 1984 when we opened our first Tropical Sno retail location in Provo, Utah. After seeing the success of our first retail location we immediately began to import Swan ice shaving machines from Japan. Today we are the exclusive distributor for Swan and have customers, using the Swan ice shavers, in every state in the United States and in over thirty countries around the world.
