10yrs. ago purchased a Star Satellite system from Westco Communications Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, 9951-170 Street. At that time we purchased a Satellite Pickle Plan which was presented as a lifetime guarentee for receiver. Thru the yrs. while Star was the delivery vehicle this guarentee was honored, now Shaw has taken over and insists they do not have any verification of this warranty. I am vey upset about this as I was assured by A Westco employee at time of purchase that this warranty would cover any future problems. Not so
