Marco A Guzman-New American Funding

His passion for Real Estate and Finances came about from watching his older siblings who were successful Real Estate Brokers and Lenders. Marco grew an interest for this industry so he began by helping his older siblings out and learning from them. Throughout Marco’s Mortgage Lending career he has helped several hundreds of families achieve their goal of home ownership. Marco truly cares about his clients, he doesn’t just see them as deals. He has done all types of loans with his main focus being USDA, FHA, and Conventional Loans. Marco’s passion however has always been helping first time homebuyers especially Hispanics which have been a huge part of his career. Marco was born in Michoacan, Mexico. However he was raised in Atwater, California where he lived on a ranch along with his four siblings, a strict dad, and a loving house mom. Throughout his childhood Marco helped his dad out with any tractoring work needed done around the farm. Marco was a farm hand and had a really close relationship with his father. Now he lives in Stockton, California with his wife Olga and their two kids, Ireanna and Jonathan. On their free time they like to do fun family activities, like going to the park.
