Dee's Catering

I called Dee's to book their catering service for my daughters first birthday. They said they were available and would get back to me with a price. About 3-4 weeks before the event I still had not heard anything so I phoned them. I was told I would get a call back later that day. By the next day I still had not heard anything so I called back. I was told the same thing again. By the next day I still had not heard anything, and called back once more. Dee herself answered the phone and promised me she would call me back in 5 minutes. 24 hours later I still had not heard anything. The next day I called back, they told me Dee was off and that she still hadn't priced out my food. I was so angry, I told her how unprofessional it was and asked her if I should be making other arrangements. She was unable to reassure me that everything would be fine for the birthday. So I told her I was canceling everything. 3 days before the birthday party they called to give me a price! I can not believe how unprofessionally this business is run! They also told me that I would have to pick up all the food myself, the day before the event. I would NEVER recommend Dee's to anyone.
