I used this company in 2016 to move from Peterborough to Kingston, ON. Not only did they change the price as soon as they arrived (alot higher than the quote I might add), the "foreman"/old dude sexually harassed my wife multiple times. Don't use this company.
I had an urgent need for movers to help with a very large item on 20 min notice and they were there for me at a very reasonable price. I can't thank them enough for getting me out of a tight spot on a very hot, exhausting day. These guys are the best!
This is a dreadful and dishonest company. The movers aren't bondable. I had a number of things stolen then was told by police that the mover had probably stolen it to sell as he had a court sentencing date coming up and had skipped town. Don't risk it.
I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. The owner refused to take responsibility of the items that were damaged during the move.
Additionally, the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful during our interactions. I was shocked by his unprofessional behavior and offensive remarks, particularly toward women, which was completely unacceptable and unethical.
He was talking and sharing other customers struggles with him. We were charged way too much even after we were agreed on a price per hour and changed the hourly rate after the move was complete. I felt he took advantage of us.
I cannot recommend this company due to their poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct.

I was a little concerned when i saw the reviews but as we were in a pinch we went with them anyways.
I was pleasantly surprised on all fronts.
They arrived on time, Ray was friendly, they helped us move a LOT. They fit way more into my storage space than i ever could have imagined and even tried to help me get rid of a number of larger furniture pieces that i had no other place for them to go. They did a run to value village, habitat and the dump for me.
Other people listed issue with them taking their lunch break during the billable hours and also the time extending past when they finished. Both those things did happen in my case but i didn’t really care as i felt the moving cost was still very reasonable and they helped me out of a pretty big jam with furniture that had no where else to go and me having no way to get it elsewhere!
His colleague was perhaps not the most professional but at the end of the day they really came through and I will be calling them again when we need to empty our storage unit in a few months times.

I jJust had Raymond and his guys move me. I saw the other reviews and still went through with him. Excellent move. I had glass cabinets, huge tv and everthing worked out fine. They had to move my stuff up 3 flights of stairs and I have heavy furniture. Great work.

My Parents shared a story with me About 20 years ago they used this company to move to BC from Ontario. These men held their stuff hostage until they paid more money. We also lost our dog due to the fact his kennel was in the truck they were holding from us (he got out and got hit by a car because we didn’t have his kennel) NOT IMPRESSED, they shouldn’t have this company any longer. THESE MEN DO NOT HAVE BIG HEARTS

This company showed up on time, loaded our three story home into one truck and unloaded without damaging walls or items… we had a fireplace and wooded dressers on the top floor.
They are organized, efficient and cost effective.. a third of the cost from other companies. The team was interactive and social throughout the move. This was the second time we used this team.

What a scammer they just did a move for me and the the two young lads
Andrew and Dave were really good
But I guess the boss Ray didn't do much of anything but asked me for money for lunch and I only had hundred
So he took that and an hour for lunch that I also paid for and then added two and half hours extre for travel time and 20 percent surcharge and wondered why I got upset!
So be very careful when hiring that scammer
