Doggy Divas on the Go

We have been using Doggie Divas (grooming by Oscar, in West Islip) for several years. However, after promising my wife that he would be here at a certain time (3 different times), his mobile unit arrived and wound up crashing into our property fence. Out of courtesy, I simply told him to fix it, then shook his hand (he didn't even apologize to me at this point). He then disappeared without notice!! My wife called him asking why he left, and he became upset stating that his holiday is ruined because of the forthcoming expense of our fence, and further ranted about not being able to park on our street due to high traffic. I told him that he has parked nearby (on the side street, with more room) many times in the past, and that he should do so again. He stated that he was not coming back. I told him one of my dogs just passed the other day, and the other two, who he's also known for years, desperately needed grooming. He said that he would refer us to someone else. After his refusal to come back, at this point I became verbally irate; he left the scene of an accident with no notice, upset my wife, and ditched my other two dogs. Of course my swearing led him to hang up, so I had the Police come and a Police Report processed. nnOscar did answer a post-event text today, and stated that the ground is frozen so the fence cant't be fixed now. However, he did not communicate anything until I reached out to him, which upset me even more because I took the day off from work to be home. My text stated that I am now leaving things in the Police's hands, but he took that as a threat and stated that he will now ignore me. It was no threat, but since he did not live up to his word of having the fence fixed 2 days ago, did not communicate any discrepancies, and did not provide us with an alternative for our dogs, I had no choice but to ensure the 3rd Precinct follows up with him to ensure that our fence is fixed, as our well being is at stake with no lockable front gate.nnOf course his reply will be that I was irate, cursed, etc., but this was after he upset my wife, ditched my dogs, and refused to return to file a police report on the scene (at my house). He was also given every chance to come back, as well as fix the fence in a timely manner.nnIt's a shame, because we had a good business relationship with him :( n
