Classy Catering

Recently my cousin got married in Kelowna and it was catered by a new catering company called The Hungry Chef. The food was spectacular. We had Prime Rib that was without a doubt the best I have ever had. Along with that local beets roasted and topped with goat cheese and vinaigrette, heirloom tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad (apparently the chef grows his own, Eggplant Parmigiana that I have only tasted as good in Italy and much more. They passed appetizers at the beginning (jerk chicken skewers with mango chutney, Thai salad rolls, flank steak with gorgonzla) and served us a beautiful dessert table afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having a party in the future.
