Over the years I have kept what worked and thrown out what did not. I offer expressive art and sand tray work as well as verbal psychotherapy. I work with the whole person including social, cultural and environmental conditions which may be impacting their situation. I believe we must keep all levels of our health in balance, mental, emotional, spiritual, and psychological. We must take responsibility for our own health and wellness, leaving no stone unturned to be well. I do solution focused work as well as long-term in-depth psychodynamic psychotherapy.
