I was very pleased with this pharmacy until they got a new manager. She is unethical , judgemental, and hateful. I've been 5 days now without anxiety medication I've taken for over 9 years,my blood pressure is currently 241/88.. and I don't have hi BP, When I'm calm... This is so wrong! I could die because she wants to have a big dick pissing contest, unprofessional at the very least!!? I had a Rx it was time for my refills. She refused to give me my meds without speaking to my doctor personally. I have NEVER encountered this .. never even heard of a pharmacists insisting to speak to a provider, over something that is obviously legit,,, look at my history .. hello??
This was last Saturday. My doctor called Monday, taking time out of his busy day to take care of this. The pharmacist on duty spoke to my doctor and agreed to fill my medication, then that manager who wasn't even there, told her not to give me my medicine, insisting I come talk to her! I don't drive and I don't always have transportation I suffer 3 autoimmune diseases for which there is no cure. My own body destroys the soft tissue around my joints causing tears in my shoulders ankles, and knees. I had a failed hip surgery. Multiple procedures on my spine with approx 12-14 herniated discs.. just because you cannot "see" someone's illness, doesn't mean it's not life changing and hell to live with. This manager should be very ashamed of her actions! She is now just having a big dick pissing contest over something she should not have done to me. I'm reporting her for unethical conduct as I have now gone 5 days without a medication I desperately NEED ...SHAME ON YOU ALL FOR ALLOWING THIS TO TAKE PLACE RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG .. sometimes a monthly trip to the pharmacy is my only outing the only place I go, and if that's a bad experience it could be months before I muster the courage to leave my home, I rarely even pick up my medications myself, and this,, one of the few times I actually do get to go somewhere I should not go home bawling because I was disrespected, judged and refused medication for NO REAL REASON AT ALL
