We do local fresh meats and handcrafted sausages. We have a weekly selection of fresh Beef (Grain Fed, Grass Fed, Dry-Aged, and Veal), Pork (Domestic, Wild Boar, and Suckling Pig), Free-Range Poultry, Bison, and Elk. We also do all of our meat processing in house! That means sausages and patties without any junk and it means unique flavours you can't get elsewhere.
