End Of The Roll - Chilliwack

We purchased vinyl and carpetting to do our kitchen and family room, the carpet we bought was 19X12, we needed 18X12, we booked the date and the installers arrived, ripped out the old carpet and lino, layed the new lino and left to pickup our carpet, never came back, we phoned and were always told, our salesman will call back, he never did, we went into the store the next day, saw the owner who mumbled something about a mix up and it would be looked after, 3 different stories and 10 days later the installer shows up, lays our carpet, patched in 3 places and leaves, it is now separating and the seams are unravelling, this after 5 months, no one ever apologized and we are now looking for another carpet....would I recommend these people, no, would I buy from them again, never.
