We have been trying for the last year to get replacement sleep masks for my cousin's oxygen machine. She has to have it at night to sleep. Every time we try to order, they say they are shipping 2. Instead she gets 2 hoses, not masks. You can't contact a local office either, it all goes into the main number. Spent 2.5 hours today just trying to get her masks. First rep transferred me in the middle of my speaking back to main menu. Second rep spent an hour and hung up on me while I was on hold. Third time the system disconnected the call. Fourth rep argued with me over the mask and she didn't even understand what type it was, even though it shows on their system. So now we don't know if she will get a mask to replace her broken one or not. Apparently they don't care if she dies! I'm calling her doctor's office to change companies.
