We were concerned that we might have squirrels in our walls as we had heard scratching a few times. Our house does not have a conventional attic due to cathedral ceilings. We called Skedaddle and the company response was very quick. The manager showed up at the agreed-upon time and listened to our explanation of the noises. He asked some questions and then assured us that the noise we were hearing were not squirrels, but were more likely mice. As our house is a century home with a rock wall foundation, as well as crawl spaces under several additions, he advised that it would be very difficult, if not impossible (and very costly), to totally mouse-proof the house.
He inspected the exterior of the house, identified possible entry points for mice, and advised me on what I could do to try to limit the possibility of mice entering the walls. He also suggested how to squirrel-proof the roof vents.
The manager was very courteous and professional. i would give Skedaddle top marks and highly recommend them to anyone who thinks they have a problem with rodents
