Be aware you are NOT INSURED...
we hired him to move from Comox BC to Coquitlam and he sent me email that I have 15000 $ of insurance on all my goods which I confirmed verbally with him before finalizing the deal !
also he confirmed that he will disassemble and assemble items as needed!
on the day of the move he started to UNCAREFULLY move my TV table worth 550 $ so I warned him that it will break if he moved it this way and told him it need to be disassemble in 2 piece Just with 4 screws and offered to do it myself which will take 1 min
he told me do not worry I will take care then he broke it AT THE SAME MOMENT and when I asked him what he gonna do
he turned AGGRESSIVE WITH VERY RUDE ATTITUDE and told me it is not covered and I have to pay him 1000$ deductible for his insurance if I want it covered!
So I PAY HIS INSURNCE 1000 $ TO COVER HIS OWN CARELESS MISTAKE WHAT A JOKE !!!!!
so after negotiation he agreed to fix it and assemble back upon delivery !
second day he brought the table IN PIECES without any repair and REFUSED TO FIX IT
AND REFUSE TO PAY ME REPAIR COST AND REFUSE TO CLAIM IT AT HIS INSURANCE !
FURTHER MORE HE TURNED AGGRESSIVE YELLING AT ME INFRONT OF MY WIFE AND 5 YEARS DAUGHTER IN MY APARTMENT!
with very VIOLENT THREATENING UNSAFE behavior to FORCE ME TO PAY HIM IN FULL
so I felt UNSAFE and payed him to end the situation to avoid any aggressive at my apartment and I filed a POLICE REPORT AGAINST HIM !!!
also did not book his ferry so he missed his delivery time instead of 7:00 PM AT THE WORST he would arrive 9:30 pm which was prohibited by strata rules that he was totally aware about from before.
so I spent the night in a hotel at my cost and instead of apologizing and compensate me for this night he want to charge me 800$ extra for keeping my goods at his truck over night and delivering second morning
So I supposed to pay him for breaking my furniture and for his insurance and for missing my delivery time and for any screw up he does and after all he wants his money IN FULL!!!
he also SOAKED MY SOFA IN RAIN because he did not buzzer to cover it with even plastic for protection!
also throw my furniture at any spot without asking me and when I asked him to put it where it should be replied UNPOLITLY again I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOU!!!
Just treat my stuff like garbage to catch next customer!
