We value quality alcohol, prices, and most important quality relationships. At Buffalo Wine & Spirits – Downtown, we are more than just an alcohol shop. Our mission is to provide the city with an additional source of revenue, and our profits go directly back into the city budget, helping to keep our residents property taxes as low as possible.
