ownership recently changed. since then things have changed for the worse.

first, prices are now plus tax. used to be $7, $8, and $9, taxes in. now prices are all plus tax.

second, some false advertising in place. 1) they say they take all forms of payment, but they don't. they only take cash. 2) i have gotten the $8 (plus tax) wash in the last week, which is the middle of the road wash. it's supposed to include triple foam soap. guess what! one colour of soap spit and sputtered out of ONLY ONE spigot on each side of the car, rather than out of all three spigots on each side. there was ZERO triple foam. in fact, there was barely any soap. i thought last week was a one off, but today it was the same thing so i decided to say something!

once i got through the wash, i pulled back around to speak to the attendant. he acknowledged that it doesn't get very foamy but assured me that everything was working properly. i told him that soap was BARELY coming out of either of the spigots on each side of the car, and that there certainly WAS NOT triple foam. he insisted that even though it doesn't look soapy, it is because he filled it this morning. so what!? there still isn't triple foam. i told him it's false advertising. i paid for triple foam but didn't get triple foam.

the entire exchange, the attendant insisted the soap was dispensing properly even though it's not foamy, but didn't deny that the triple foam aspect is absent. he just kept saying, "ma'am, i assure you it's working." i kept saying, "you're falsely advertising triple foam," not to mention multiple forms of payment. i told him if he isn't going to provide triple foam, then change the sign to reflect that it's not even foamy soap.

stay away from this place. you're getting ripped off. you don't even get a pre-scrub like before with the former owner. they've made the prices plus tax, and they're cutting back on the product.

go to king car wash instead, at king and sherman. you'll get better service, and you'll actually get what you pay for!

Employee with jungle hat and sunglasses directs me in, feel tire hit guide rail. Check rim aftet carwash and rim is scraped from hitting guide rail. Employee states my rim did not hit guide rail thay he directed me into. After his denial he did not damage my rim, i asked for a receipt. The employee now states that i never got my car washed there and leave the property. Small claims court here we go. The employee cant even direct cars in properly and then lies when damages cars.

I've used this coin wash for yrs. Everything always works, it is kept clean & the vacuums are excellent along with the shampoo.

Very rude and abusive avoid at all costs.
