Dr. Jeffrey Ciarlelli is a 1986 Graduate of Palmer College Of Chiropractic (The Fountain Head). He also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. After successfully completing the Connecticut Chiropractic Licensing Exam he managed and provided Chiropractic Care in downtown Hartford at The Capital Chiropractic Center. He opened his current office in Waterbury in April 1988 and has been serving the Waterbury Area ever sense. As a second generation Chiropractor Dr. Ciarlelli has embraced the Chiropractic Philosophy his entire life. Dr. Ciarlelli manages and provides all aspects of care to his patients of all ages. He specializes in the Palmer Upper Cervical Technique, Diversified Technique, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) and Chiropractic BioPhysics.
