Mohr and Associates, Inc., is a professional corporation founded in 1966 by James D. Mohr as James Mohr and Associates and has been continuously engaged in the private practice of professional engineering and land surveying since that time. Incorporation took place in 1970.
Continued expansion caused the firm to relocate from its original office on Southland Park Drive to 7700 Pines Road. In 1979, the firm moved from the Pines Road office to 6025 Buncombe Road. The firm remained there for numerous years. In 2015, we moved to our current location in the Petroleum Square II building at 1324 N. Hearne and established a more prominent role in local business.
Mohr and Associates, Inc., has undertaken projects for many public and private clients including local and state governments and architectural, development, and construction firms.
The firm has continued to plan, design and direct the construction of numerous residential subdivisions in the Shreveport - Bossier City area as well as many commercial and industrial developments.
