worst customer service ever. their vaccum was not working. told the clerk but he didn't care. never go back there again.

Love this place ,been washing my truck there for several years .

MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED EARLY THIS YEAR WHEN THEIR AUTOMATIC DOOR SNAPPED AND FELL INTO MY VEHICLE AS I GO OUT OF THEIR SHOP AFTER A CARWASH , NEVER HEARD FROM THE OWNER EVEN WHEN I LEFT A MESSAGE TO THE OWNERS CELLPHONE NUMBER . THEIR ATTENDANT TOOK A PICTURE OF THE DAMAGED VEHICLE, AND SAID THAT THE OWNER ALREADY KNEW THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THAT DOOR BUT NEVER GOT IT REPAIRED, UP TO NOW , THIS IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER NEVER CALLED ME THAT I HAVE TO CLAIM THE DAMAGE FROM MY INSURANCE FOR $3500.... POOR QUALITY CAR WASH!!!!

Always run out of soap, and it seems like they have "shortened" the time limit for washing once you have put in the toonie!!
Never going back to this place!!

Was accused of taking attendants money,
Actually attendant took 4 dollars in change and gave me nothing back saying the 2 tonnies in my hand were for the change

The customer service at this business is very bad. They are rude at times, especially if you ask for loonies instead of toonies. They do NOT respond to any problem you many encounter.
