X-Copper represented by Richard Dehaan is the worst thing in my life.
He and the owner took more than $ 450 without doing anything . Richard charged this amount of money for just few emails to suggest a worst resolution which I can have it free of charge.
I wish God will punish them hardly and both them go to the hell because they stole my kids money .
Although Richard was aware that I'm struggling widow , he refused to give me back even part of my money.

Excellent work. Michelle was very helpful in explaining the procedure to and she gave me a potential conclusion without overpromising. I was leaving the country and she said I didn’t need to do this and enlist their services, for which I appreciated the honesty. I just didn’t want it on my record! In the end, all charges were dropped and their fees were about the same as what the fine would have been, but no points and therefore, no increase in insurance. No-brainer to use their services, Thanks again.
