Plomberie Roland Bourbonnais Ltee

We called Bourbonnais to clear a blockage that affected our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine (everything else on 3" pipe line to septic worked fine). They came two hours late, and opened the 2" pipe in my garage floor without clearing the water from the lower p-traps downstairs so there was water everywhere. At first they said the snake cam could not go in 2" pipe so they used the rooter snake immediatly, and it cleared the block after going down 15' but then it was stuck. They couldn't get it out so then they used the snake and determined it was stuck in the grease trap. Then they cut up my back porch to access the grease trap but it was the wrong place / inaccessible, so then they tried to pull it out using their truck! They finally got the snake out but it was damaged so they said I had to pay 200$ for their snake, and another 200$ for using the snake cam to help get the snake out! The bill was 829$ to clear the blockage but they said this could have been avoided if I had told the septic cleaners to clean the grease trap (my fault apparently!) They said the grease trap is probably damaged, and that for an additional $550 they could permanently bypass the 2" pipe with the grease trap to the 3" pipe my toilets use, because 3" pipes don't need a grease trap. No thank you! Avoid these guys at all costs, they will blame you for their mistakes then make you pay for their incompetence.
