I hired this company to provide service for a client. They asked for a fifty percent deposit for the work which we paid. Since they received the deposit, they have strung us along stating that the door was coming from Canada and is taking longer than thought. They have not returned any calls or emails from my staff asking for updates. finally calling from another phone number they answered and said they would get back to us that day, once she was in the office and could get the information needed. I have heard nothing from her since that day. I would highly not recommend anyone using this company for any work needed. The only option now is for us to pursue legal.
