In 2003 a few brothers and best friends took on a failing gym with a couple of bucks and a vision. We saw a big gap in the fitness industry between large, full-service box gyms and small specialized fitness studios. We knew the best of both worlds was NECESSARY…a club with the DIVERSITY and AMENITIES of large clubs but the COMFORT, CAMARADERIE and the sense of BELONGING that small fitness studios offer. We knew that this would be the Premier Fitness Experience.

We created a boutique full-service fitness club with a strong emphasis on our unique one-on-one fitness training program and outstanding group fitness classes.Our belief is that most of us need MOTIVATION, ACCOUNTABILITY and DIVERSITY to truly make fitness a lasting part of our lives, especially as life gets busy with careers, families and other big events.

We treat our members and employees like family. We create a personal fitness experience that cannot be duplicated at large gyms. We build strong and lasting relationships with each and every member. We have a sincere desire to change lives and we believe that everyone needs to feel connected. Our members and our team feel that CONNECTION every day. This is what makes us DIFFERENT.
