I’ve had two kitchens and four bathrooms crafted and renovated by Cabinet Works. What a great, high quality product and beautifully designed! Staff is very professional and prices are very reasonable!

During our kitchen renovation, the project manager was largely non-existent thrusting us, the homeowners, into that role. Needless to say, this made the renovations much more stressful than they needed to be. After we noticed some errors and omissions by some subcontractors, and raised our concerns, these subcontractors were recalled and made the necessary corrections. However, this resulted in thousands of dollars in extra charges on the final bill. When challenged about the extra billing the owner became angry and aggressive. For our bathroom renovations, we decided to go with another company.

Had my kitchen gutted in 2009. If I had known this site was here would have written sooner. Back laundry we dry walled ceiling unlevel when finished. Owner Roy said he would split the cost for it to be redone level. Did I not already pay once fori it to be done properly in the first place. Also laundry room floor was to be insulated as no basement beneath. It is freezing cold back there. Poor grout job on back splash. They rebuilt my two piece bathroom off laundry and when the pocket door which they installed is shut there is a huge gap at the top of door as the door frame itself wasn't made square. And don't get me started on the unlevel floor which guests to my home have commented on. Looking at my fridge top and the cupboard show how unlevel kitchen is. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Unless of course you want shoddy workmanship

Three bathrooms renovated and nothing but issues. The project manager that handled our project was inept. Installed cracked granite backsplash thinking we would not notice. The granite countertop in the one bathroom was installed backwards leaving too much room from the edge of the cabinet to the sink...very noticeable when getting ready and thus not enough room between backsplash and sink...tight fit for the faucets. Numerous delays through the whole process with me phoning often to help speed up the process. Eight months later and our main shower is now leaking and water has seeped to our downstairs den ceiling.
If you read their website they talk about quality and caring through the whole renovation process. They have yet to contact us to see how we feel about the completed job. I have let them know though that we are very unsatisfied.
