First and foremost, we feed you well, in a casual, informed, funky environment. Our commitment to the earth is to do the best we can. We will not preach to you about how to do things. We will serve organic and local as much as possible. Our meats will be at a minimum hormone and anti-biotic free. Grains and legumes will be organic. Our tears and coffee will be organic and/or fair trade. Takeout ware and paper products are biodegradable/compostable. Again, we will feed you well.
