A complaint has been filed with The Ontario Consumer Protection Agency and The Better Business Bureau. Improper installation of countertop and sink resulted in blistering and lifting and Mr. Mills refuses to rectify the situation. His installer mitred the joint on site and installed the sink without properly sealing it. He refuses to honour his contractual guarantee. Also engaged in negative billing and did not follow-up on job site. Very poor customer service and I caution everyone to avoid this company.
