We were very pleased with the service that we received from Blind Magic. They clearly explained their products, procedures, and the pricing for the blinds so we knew the cost up front for materials and installation.
The installers, Sergio and Rolland, were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job.
Would recommend Blind Magic to anyone looking for quality products and quality service.

Our experience was positive. Each staff member is knowledgeable, skilled, and reliable to deliver good service. Marie provided professional advice on various options for four west-facing windows, including an arch. We considered cost as well as suitable options. Delivery of products and installation were on time and well done. The problem with the arch was quickly rectified to our satisfaction. We would recommend Blind Magic to our friends.

I absolutely loved doing business with Blind Magic. The owner is a dream to work with. I also really loved the showroom. I visited Artistry Blinds in Riverbend and found the showroom to be cluttered and small. Blind Magic's showroom on 170st is elegant and relaxing to visit. Nice and big, free refreshments and courteous staff. I loved Amina, she is such a sweetheart. And Sergio the installer is also a fantastic person. Overall great experience with Blind Magic! Will definitely do business with again!

I have been bringing my blinds to Blind Magic for years to get them cleaned. They are about 25 years old and i finally decided it was time to get new ones. The girls in the store were super friendly and got me booked in immediately for a sales appointment. The consultant came to my home and spent over 2 hours with me. They went over all the different products and options, measured my windows and gave me a few quote options! In the end I purchased Powerrise Silhouettes & duettes. The guy came and installed the product and showed me how to use it. I am very happy!

WE PURCHASED SHADES FROM BLIND MAGIC. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR DECISION. OUR SALES PERSON (CHAD) LISTENED TO OUR IDEAS AND OFFERED A FEW OPTIONS. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE PRICING AS TWO OTHER COMPANIES ONE BEING "BUDGET BLINDS" SEEMED LOWER BUT IN THE END WERE ACTUALLY HIGHER.
