Tru Tech Door Systems

Bought a door from this company. Unprofessional, blaming others for their mistakes. Lowes sells these doors, their forms were outdated, their sales rep hasn't stepped foot in the store for 2 years to update them or train them!! Won't do anything about it!!! Our door came unfinished, and looks awful after spending a lot of money for this door!!! How pathetic of a company that they won't step up to the plate!!

I had one front door and three exterior doors installed at my house. They had problem with the design (the strike plates move, you can see ugly cut inside the notch, the door does not stay closed properly due to that). I also had problems wit ALL lock mechanisms. I had them ALL serviced at least once in three years. One case I had a lock service twice and needed another service, but since September 2014 they haven't answered the call. The product looks nice in the store, but the quality is really bad and the service horrendous. Don't go with them if you want a quiet life. I complained to BBB (BBB revoked their membership, but they are trying to get it back, though). They look dishonest in their approach to the issues, blaming the customer. I never had issues in the past with other locks, even the cheapest ones from Home Depot. This Tru Tech doors are expensive, very bad, quality/reliability-wise and their service is almost non existent.

Nice looking product. Expensive hardware that fell apart quickly. I had 4 keys break off in the locker. Service from Tru Tech is non-existent. It took over a month to get their service people to my home. Being quoted a service arrival time means nothing. They'll get there when they feel like it. I do not recommend this company. I expected a lot more considering how much I spent on an alleged quality product.
