I went to this McDonald's Restaurant tonight, and waited at the speaker for 10 minutes for my order to be taken. I spoke into the speaker several times, but no one said anything nor acknowledged me, so I drove around in order to see if anyone was there and figured that I would make my order at the window. No one was at the first window, so I continued until I got to the second window. I was told that I had to go around (again) to make my order--even though no one said anything as I spoke and said "Hello" several times while sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes before. I asked to speak to the manager, and he (James) came to the window, and also told me that I had to go back around to have my order taken. He showed no empathy for the time that I sat waiting for my order to be taken at the speaker, and none of his employees saying anything. I told him that this is poor customer service, and I didn't think that it was fair that I would have to go back around and make my order when I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker before, and no one said anything--even though I spoke several times. He was not apologetic, and I told him that I would contact corporate. He nonchalantly
told me, "Contact Corporate". I will never go to this McDonald's again--EVER!
