Premier Landscaping was my top choice for my backyard — I’ve seen their work and knew I could trust their attention to detail, expert experience, and professionalism. They did not disappoint for even a second. Cassandra’s design was above and beyond what I could have imagined for my space and she met all of my needs and more (including so many small details I never would have considered myself that made all the difference). Damian, Alex and Martin were amazing with the physical work, especially on some of the hottest days of the year. They were meticulous with everything from install to cleanup, and worked so quickly with expert precision and problem solving on the fly. Joe even stopped in to make sure everything was going perfectly and I was so impressed. It is obvious that Premier really cares about their projects and goes above and beyond to transform your property. I will be hiring them for any future projects I have, without a doubt. My backyard is the oasis I’ve always dreamed of having (which I never thought possible, living in a suburb) and I seriously can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Premier!!!

We are very Pleased with Premier Landscaping and Design. Right from the start, fresh ideas, great design, great crew and we love the finished product.

We hired Premier Landscaping originally to install our patio stone work to compliment our new deck. They did an amazing job!!! Not only laying stone, but the more important job of prepping the ground properly prior. Absolutely beautiful work and attention to detail! We've had 2 winters with it now and it still looks fantastic! all the water runs nicely away from the house. Since, our backyard looked so great, we decided to improve our curb appeal and naturally Premier Landscaping was the only way we considered going! Not only did we receive proper written quotes each time (which is rare), the communication was fantastic, the crew cared about the job they were doing and took the time to ask me questions when they thought a judgement call was warranted. Our front yard is now a year old and I still get people at least once a week either walking by or driving AND literally stopping to tell us how fantastic our yard looks, with the most compliments going to the armour stones and the paver details. The Best Design/Build company in the GTA!

As I’m sure Joe and his crew (who worked on my patio) can attest, I have very specific expectations and possess detailed oriented traits, and that’s putting it mildly! LOL. I only write reviews for extreme experiences, services or products that others need to know about and in this case it’s extremely POSITIVE.

I was referred to Premier Landscaping & Design by Your Deck Company who created our Trex deck as we wanted our patio stone to be as outstanding as the deck. After considering various options and avenues, holy smokes… I’m so happy we hired Premier!

How the work is performed is equally as important as how it looks. As a teen, my father did a ‘self-install’ of a sizable interlock driveway which to this day brings back haunting summers of my brother and I lifting sunken bricks out with butter knives so we could add more sand to level it out!

As an incredibly informed consumer here’s what makes Premier Landscaping different than the rest:

1. Contract. Yes, a real honest to goodness, detailed and outlined contract that was sent to me (without even asking). As any home reno tv show will tell you… get it in writing, but when was the last time someone voluntarily gave you a contract for any work to be done on your house/property because it’s already a protocol in their customer service process?
2. Value for the money. Pricing was not only comparable to other options; it was great value for the dollar. If you’re like me then you want to invest in your home so you can not only enjoy it yourself, but also add value with quality work and craftsmanship
3. Attention to Detail. As a person who personally does a ton of home reno work herself and can’t live with anything less than the best it could be (including trimming hairs off of already tiny paint brushes to get every spot that needs paint), these guys gave me some stiff competition in the ‘attention to detail’ category. They treated my project as if it was their very own backyard.
4. Hard Working. My neighbor was also having some reno work done in her backyard at the same time and my Premier team out worked them 20 to 1, maybe more!
5. Listened to My Needs. Wow, when was the last time you were treated like a customer? Like a truly valued customer? Samples, conversations, clear communication. They listened to my concerns from start to finish, made suggestions and adjustments so I would be happy.

Joe arranged for our pool installation, which came out of the ground 18 inches the first winter then proceeded to make himself unavailable to meet with the pool company or help resolve our issues. Premier Landscaping still has not returned our $25,000 deposit after 2 years. Would not recomment this organization to anyone wanting profession, timely results,

Joe and his crew are top-notch. We have had several projects completed by Premier, each with satisfaction ++. Many design and landscaping ideas were presented for each project, and we decided on plans that we were most comfortable with. Everything was done professionally and the work-crews were true gentlemen. They cleaned up each day, and made the projects pain-free.

Premier Landscaping has been my choice of landscapers for over 10 years now. They have done multiple projects for me and each time they have done an outstanding job. Joe and his design team turns vision into reality. I would not hesitate to work with them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhancing their front and backyards.

Great to work with and very accommodating from a Landscape Architect point of view. They are very professional and intuitive. They understand how to build to specification and architectural drawings.

I have had 2 projects undertaken by Joe and the crew at Premier Landscaping. (3rd if you count the Juno Garden in last years' show.) Each project was handled in the most professional way and the net results exceeded what we expected.

Premier Landscaping is part of a rare breed of modern contractors that are client focused. They arrive when they say they will, the staff are polite, professional and friendly and they clean up when they leave. We have now used their services for 2 different properties and we do not envisage using another landscaping contractor for our projects. We trust them, the work they are doing and do not feel as if we are getting 'ripped off.' We look forward to working with them again in the near future.
